Our regular studio days are Tuesday and Thursday. You are welcome to drop in on these days. Appointments and video consultations can be booked at a time convenient for you, within the opening hours of Gibside National Trust.
TweedFiend is a family run business. While we endeavour to respond straight away, because of family responsibilities, messages and orders received on evenings or weekends may be handled the next working day.
Our products are all handmade in our North East workshop and crafted using classic tailoring techniques. Please check individual product descriptions for timescales. Once completed, orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class Service with tracking.

Personalised products are not eligible for returns.
In the rare case of faulty products, a replacement or refund will be provided once you have returned the damaged item.

Dress even the tiniest of Tweed fans in style.
I handcraft each bow tie from the finest Scottish Tweed, handwoven using traditional techniques in the Hebrides. A selection of colours pictured here - other colours are available please do message me if you have a particular colour in mind.
Pre-tied and ready to wear, the crisp bow has an adjustable strap for the perfect fit that grows with your child. I carefully pick high quality cotton for the straps to coordinate perfectly and compliment the Tweed bow.
My bow ties are versatile and look great with jeans and a casual top just as much as when worn with a smart shirt or suit.
I am able to colour match tweed to coordinate with wedding colours.
A great prop for newborn photoshoots or month growth pictures. Matching daddy and me sets are also available.
Bow measures approx. 10cm wide and 5cm tall
Strap fits from birth up to 34cm neck. Adjustable with room so the bow tie grows with your child.
