Our regular studio days are Tuesday and Thursday. You are welcome to drop in on these days. Appointments and video consultations can be booked at a time convenient for you, within the opening hours of Gibside National Trust.
TweedFiend is a family run business. While we endeavour to respond straight away, because of family responsibilities, messages and orders received on evenings or weekends may be handled the next working day.
Our products are all handmade in our North East workshop and crafted using classic tailoring techniques. Please check individual product descriptions for timescales. Once completed, orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class Service with tracking.

We are a sustainable business, ensuring our processes and products are environmentally friendly and our packaging is all recycled/recyclable.
Personalised products are not eligible for returns.
In the rare case of faulty products, a replacement or refund will be provided once you have returned the damaged item.
